CPI Process Systems Expands Warehouse and Office Space
November 1, 2023– West Seneca, NY. CPI Process Systems, specialists in Valve Automation & Controls, has teamed up with Concept Construction Corp to build their Warehouse and Office Expansion. As Construction Manager, Concept will oversee the entire project. Located at 2900 North America Drive, West Seneca NY, the expansion will increase their warehousing capacity another 3,850 sq. ft., including some new office space. Owner Andy Christie says “the project is moving along nicely and we are pleased to once again be working with Concept Construction.”
CPI continues to enjoy significant growth and with that in mind, the addition was designed to accept future expansion options. The sitework has begun, the pre-engineered metal building is on site and the project is proceeding as planned.

Lactalis American Group Hires Concept Construction To Build Their South Park Plant Expansion
October 23, 2023 – Buffalo, NY. Concept Construction Corp was recently selected as the general contractor to work on the Lactalis Whey Plant expansion project. Located at 2375 South Park Ave. in Buffalo, NY., the plans include a 7,600 sq. ft., 8-story high, “Evaporator-Building” and a 4,000 sq. foot “Power-House.” Vince Ricotta (Concept’s VP of Business Development) said that “work began at the end of September 2023 and is scheduled to be complete by late spring 2024.”

West Herr Automotive Group Teams Up With Concept Construction
July 2023 – Getzville, New York. Concept Construction is honored to begin the reconstruction work on West Herr Automotive Group’s North Corporate Offices, located at 2635 Millersport Highway in Getzville, NY. Once completed the newly renovated building’s exterior will be consistent with and complementary of company’s overall corporate style. “We are very happy to be working with the team at West Herr again,” says Vince Ricotta, (Concept’s VP of Business Development). The building upgrades and new façade has been designed to complement the Group’s ever current corporate vision. Work to begin shortly.

Concept Construction Breaks Ground For Perry’s Ice Cream Plant Expansion
March 2023 – Akron, NY. Perry’s Ice Cream, a family-owned business since 1918 is expanding its production of novelty treats and chose Concept Construction as their General Contractor. The new 20,000 sq. ft. plant expansion is located on the existing site of the main plant. The new addition began in late February and sitework and foundations are underway. Vince Ricotta (Concept Construction’s VP of Business Development) says, “We are both proud and excited to once again be part of Perry’s newest business development project.”

Kelton Enterprises Teams Up With Concept Construction To Build Their Newest Location In Kenmore, NY

At Cornerstone Community Federal Credit Union – Building Reconstruction Underway
February 17, 2023 – Lockport, NY. Concept Construction, who is the Construction Manager for this project is pleased to be well into the project’s workscope efforts. “We are now well underway with the project’s reconstruction efforts.” Says Vince Ricotta (VP Business Development at Concept Construction. Located on the site of the former OTB building at 5810 S. Transit and Strauss Roads in Lockport, Concept has largely completed the demolition and is now focused on rebuilding the structure. “The design concept pays tribute to Lockport’s iconic history and we are very excited to see this building come together.” says Ricotta.
