February 2025 – Orchard Park, NY. The Orchard Park Central School District is undergoing significant renovations and upgrades. Concept Construction is pleased to have been selected as the general contractor for renovations to South Davis Elementary, located at 51 S. Davis St. and the Ellicott Rd. Elementary, located at 5180 Ellicott Rd., Orchard Park, NY. Work includes a new classroom building addition, foundations, concrete, base work and associated interior and exterior blending of the structures. Preconstruction work has begun, with site work starting in June 2025.
