November 2022 – Lockport, NY. Cornerstone Community Federal Credit Union has hired Concept Construction as their Construction Manager to build their newest facility. Located on the site of the former OTB building at 5810 S. Transit and Strauss Roads in Lockport, the building will incorporate many symbolic tributes to the rich history of “Lockport, NY. Plans call for a complete reconstruction of both the existing building’s interior and exterior as well as add a new ground-up built drive through Teller Building, administrative and conference. That 3,800 sq. ft. building will feature (3) three wide drive-up lanes with easy access into and out of the que. Plenty of convenient parking has been designed into the plans to safely and efficiently welcome the Credit Union’s members. Vince Ricotta (VP Business Development Concept Construction) said, “We are very excited to break ground on this project and look forward to celebrating its grand opening soon!”.
