July 16, 2020 – West Seneca, NY. CPI Process Systems, (Valve Automation & Control Specialist), hired Concept Construction Corp. as their Construction Manager and owner’s representative. The company had outgrown their existing space and needed a larger, more efficient facility. Located at 2900 North America Drive in West Seneca NY, the newly constructed pre-engineered metal building and masonry structure was the perfect design for their growing business needs. At nearly 12,000 sq. ft., the new warehouse and administrative offices has increased their workspace by about 30% and maximized their production efficiency while giving them the ability to accommodate future business growth going-forward.
