January 2020 – South Buffalo, NY –  NOW OPEN, Buffalo’s newest Tim Hortons Café and Bake Shop welcomed it first customers just a few days ago.

Concept Construction Corp. worked directly for the owner as their general contractor and oversaw the entire, “from the ground up” project.  Located at 2200 South Park Ave. in South Buffalo, the building incorporates all the newest amenities and features the most current, customer friendly designs in utilizing the company’s fresh new 2020 corporate image.   Well known for its exceptional attention to detail, Concept Construction routinely fast tracks its projects on behalf of the owner.   Company President Matt Shevlin said “this was a job where speed to market was a high priority and moving along quickly was important to the ownership.  So that was our plan and we were successful in meeting those goals, even while overcoming a number of obstacles, we are proud to have turned over the building on time to our customer.”
