Located at 190 Walnut St. in Lockport, NY the company is rapidly growing and the need to maximize their overall efficiency, utilizing a redesign of their existing office and manufacturing spaces required some major interior renovation work.
The company selected Concept Construction as their General Contractor and has begun a series of interior renovations projects designed to accommodate the production of their new lines. “Much of the 2nd floor’s production space and office areas have been reimagined,” says Vince Ricotta (VP of Business Development for Concept Construction. “We have completed a number of interior renovation projects for AEI already and are proud to be working with them on their newest plant upgrades.” The current project is on schedule and projected to be completed by the end of the first quarter 2022.
