After spending 4 years as a carpenter apprentice, Norb joined Concept Construction in 1986 as a carpenter. In 1990 his was promoted to job site Superintendent until 1999 when he was again promoted to VP of Operations. Norb is responsible for field schedules, manpower and equipment, attends project meetings and is the liaison between the field crew and office staff.

Upon completion of college, Andy immediately put his Construction Technology degree to work and joined Concept Construction Corp in 1983. He quickly established himself as Chief Estimator and has successfully helped secure over $1.5 Billion dollars’ worth of construction contracts. Heading the estimating department, Andy is responsibilities for all phases of construction bidding and value engineering, assists in preparing proposals, evaluating and qualifying subcontractors.

Vince holds degrees in Construction Technology, Codes & Estimating and Electrical Engineering. From his first ground-up construction project in 1993, he excelled in developing winning strategies while planning, selling and overseeing 100’s of construction jobs. Joining Concept’s business family in 2012, his responsibilities encompass planning/directing Concept’s corporate sales strategies and objectives. He is responsible for creating and implementing company initiatives and new business opportunities, maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers and business associates. Vince also manages all internal & external marketing strategies, branding, communications & PR activities.

The tradition continues. After completing college, majoring in Construction Technology, Matt went right to work with his father in the family business. From working in the field, excelling as a project manager, to overseeing operational and administrative tasks, Matt was named company President in 2010. He currently oversees every departmental function including estimating, contracts, field operations, purchase orders, subcontractor selection, fleet management, safety and quality control.

Following in the footsteps of his grandfather and father of Shevlin-Manning Construction Company, Mike joined the family business at an early age. For the first 10 years he worked as a laborer, carpenter and superintendent. Upon completion of college and his military service in 1974 and encouraged by his father, Mike founded Concept Construction Corp. Having performed every role in the company, Mike used that knowledge and those leadership qualities to lay the foundations for long-term business success, which the company still benefits from today.
