May 2,  2016 – West Seneca, NY – Shevlin Land and Cattle Company, formed by Concept Construction Corporation,  has completed the Build to Suit construction project for Upstate Pharmacy.  Located at 1900 North America Drive in the Town of West Seneca, NY, the 15,000 sq. ft. structure is the new home to the area’s largest regional dispensary for pharmaceuticals serving residential group homes and Roswell Park Cancer Institute.

Concept Construction along with its affiliate member of the Concept Development Resource Group, CDRG, Greg Sehr of Upstate Consultants, collaborated on the entire project and together with Upstate Pharmacy’s owners, worked together in an effort to uncover valuable funding options and tax incentives which helped the project’s overall ROI for both the developer as well as the business owner.

The $1.7 million building was designed by Upstate Pharmacy’s trusted, long-time architect and good friend  David Crowe of HB Cornerstone.  The spacious interior begins with an inviting lobby that leads into the open design of the main dispensary.   Serving 10 counties and more than 230 residential group homes the nearly 70 pharmacists work comfortable and efficiently in their new oversized work spaces.   High ceilings, bright natural lighting systems and state of the art data system complement the building  large conference rooms, cafeteria and  new packaging and delivery areas.
